Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department of an organization. You will be responsible for various HR functions and activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and promoting a positive work environment. Your role will involve assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview feedback.

- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and preparation of offer letters.

2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding procedures, including collecting company assets and updating relevant records.

3. HR Administration:

- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and policies.

- Update HR databases and systems with employee information and changes.

- Assist in managing HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties.

4. Employee Relations:

- Support employee relations activities by addressing employee queries and concerns.

- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.

- Promote positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy work environment.

5. Performance Management:

- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.

- Assist in tracking performance evaluation timelines and follow-up actions.

- Generate performance reports and assist in identifying training and development needs.

6. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Stay updated on HR best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes.

7. HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and culture-building initiatives.

- Assist in organizing company events and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.

· Familiarity with HR software and systems.

· Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
