Responsibilities:
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Updating internal HR databases.
• Update internal databases.
• Use various platforms for hiring candidates.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Develop training and onboarding material.
• Publish and remove job ads.
• Manage and process payroll.
• Arranging travel/accommodation for management.
• Internal communications within the company.
• Maintaining miscellaneous important records.
• Data entry and MIS.
Requirements:
• Should have minimum 1 year of Work Experience in Human Resource Management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving mind-set.
• Excellent presentation skills.
