We are looking out for HR Executive for our Mumbai head office located at Andheri East.
Role & Responsibilities:
50% inhouse recruitment and 50% generalist activities.
The candidate will have to coordinate with the stake holder in Recruitment Process.
Onboarding Process
Attendance and Leave Management.
HR Operational work like maintaining MIS, employee records, details and conduct new employee orientations and induction.
Drive the Rewards and Recognition programme
Designing and implementing employee engagement/employee delight activities to promote a culture of fun and motivation.
Handling employee grievances.
Separation Management
Candidate Profile:
· Should be a self-starter / self-driven / Proactive
· Open to working in a startup culture
· Minimum 2 years of experience (NBFC/MFI/Banking experience would be a value advantage)
· Looking for immediate joiner or minimum 1 month notice period.
Candidate having only relevant experience can apply. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview assessment.
