• Handling the entire Talent acquisition and Recruitment processes
• Onboarding and Induction of New joiners
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Handling attendance and leave management for all employees
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Executing exit formalities
• Core Competency we are looking for:
• Experience of working in Localization. Dubbing Industry as an HR.
• Understanding of different types of employee contracts and employment agreement
• Strong experience in HRMS Software/Systems, MS Office
• Integrity and Ethics (discretion and confidentiality)
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Can manage HR recruitment and Operations simultaneously

If you are serious about a role in people management then this role is for you:
• Min 2 years /Max 4 years of total experience as an HR Role, which includes recruitment and operations.
• Experience with head-hunting profiles on Linkedin.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is a must.
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Working experience in HRIS, HRMS Software.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• You have high regard for no office politics work environment
• You are tenacious, vibrant, and always eager to learn
