Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Joblly academy in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process developing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Human Resources Executive will also promote a positive employee culture and work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and policy development • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India • Certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus
