Role: Human Resources Manager (USA Region)
Work Location: Masab Tank, Hyderabad
Hybrid Model: Min 3 Days in a week working from office location.
Work Timings: Night Shift is a MUST (7.30 PM - 4.30 AM)
Cab Facility: Drop-Off ONLY ~ Early Morning Hours
Travel: Minimal Travel required to client locations as and when needed for client meetings & vendor gatherings.
Must Have Skills
· Prior experience working in a similar role/environment.
· Prior experience working with US IT Staffing companies / Tech Companies (BIG PLUS)
· Prior working in night shift experience.
· Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
· Great Microsoft Office Suite skills.
· Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
· Learning Attitude.
Responsibilities
· Handling End-End Onboarding Paper Work - Internal Employees, External Contractors, Vendors and Client.
· Running Employee and Subcontractors Referral Policy on a Monthly basis.
· Scheduling Meetings, Sharing MOM with Management Team.
· Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
· Coordination with other departments for onboarding new employees.
· Maintaining vendor relationship.
