Responsibilities • End to end recruitment: Posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. • Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes. • Identifying training needs and organizing relevant programs. • Supporting career development and growth opportunities. • Managing payroll and benefits administration. • Ensuring compliance with compensation standards and regulations. • Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. • Ensuring legal compliance and keeping abreast of labor laws and regulations. • Maintaining employee records and HR databases. • Preparing reports on HR metrics and trends. • Overseeing workplace safety and wellness initiatives. • Addressing health and safety concerns. • Managing employee terminations and exit processes. • Conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions. Requirements and skills • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 4+ years of experience working in the HR Department. • Proficiency in HR software and tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Adaptability and the capacity to respond effectively to changing HR needs.
