• Position: HR Executive • Location: Ahmedabad Office • About Pro Clinical Solutions: Shift Timings: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (We look forward to changing the shift to early hours in the coming future) Pro Clinical Solutions is a leading medical billing company committed to delivering exceptional healthcare revenue cycle management services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. • Responsibilities: - Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws. - Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. - Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals, and identify areas for improvement. - Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skill sets and promote career growth. - HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave management systems, and oversee payroll processing. • Compensation: - Fixed Salary: You will receive a competitive fixed salary as a part of your comprehensive compensation package. - Cab Facility Pick up & Drop Off (for female employees only): We provide convenient cab facilities for pick up and drop off specifically for our female employees, ensuring their safety and convenience. - Medical Insurance: We offer comprehensive medical insurance coverage for all employees, ensuring their health and well-being. • Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or related industry. - HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address HR issues effectively. - Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
