What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 2-4 years in Human Resources or customer support in a voice/web-based environment. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: • Guide employees and managers on Workday functionalities, using FAQs and support documentation. • Provide Tier 0 and Tier 1 level call center support, escalating complex inquiries as needed. • Manage transactional processes in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Leave, and other HR areas. • Deliver monthly reports on transactions, calls, and trends. • Generate and analyze various HR, financial, and administrative reports. • Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency. Working Conditions: • Support provided during normal business hours, with flexibility for some responsibilities to be completed at alternative times. • Handle confidential and proprietary data with utmost care.
