Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Patna. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
• Expertise in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working in the construction or design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
