Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Executive at Graveiens Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR) tasks. The role requires on-site presence in Noida and involvement in day-to-day HR activities.
Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
• Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with HR software and tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
