Role Description
Market Disc is seeking an Entry-level Human Resource Executive in Pune. As an HR Executive, you will work with the HR team to support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development. Duties will include managing the recruitment process from end to end, conducting selection interviews, helping prepare job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background verification checks. This is a full-time role and on-site in Pune.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR policies, HR operations, and other HR-related practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good data analysis abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create quality presentations
• Attention to detail and a high sense of urgency are a must-have
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
