Impact of the Role in Company
The HRBP Sales is responsible for aligning the HR function with business objectives in the sales department. This role includes managing employee relations, performance management, employee development, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures within the sales team.
Job Responsibility
• Employee Scheme Management: Implement and monitor monthly and annual incentive schemes.
• KRA Adherence: Ensure KRAs are distributed and understood by all employees.
• PIP Management: Initiate and track PIPs for underperforming employees.
• Exit and Attrition Management: Conduct interviews and implement retention strategies.
• Employee Reviews: Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
• Skip Level Calls: Maintain communication with employees to address concerns.
• Employee Grievances: Resolve grievances promptly and maintain low repeat rates.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly engagement activities.
• Project and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and publish necessary reports.
• Training and development support within the sales team and coordinate relevant programs.
