Position : HR Executive
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Position Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Budget : 25k to 30k

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further rounds.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Organize workshops, team-building activities, and feedback sessions.
Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Festival Celebrations:
Coordinate and manage festival and cultural celebrations within the office.
Plan and execute events that align with company culture and values.
Ensure smooth execution and high participation in these events.
Operational Activities:
Assist in maintaining HR records, including attendance, leave management, and employee files.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline HR processes and operations.
General HR Support:
Provide support in policy implementation and compliance.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Address employee queries and provide necessary support as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years in an HR role with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and operational activities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
