Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Junior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, from overseeing the recruitment process to managing employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders.
2. Conduct comprehensive onboarding activities, assisting new employees with their integration and facilitating an understanding of the company's benefits.
3. Provide guidance to off-role associates on company policies, fostering a culture of transparency and adherence to organizational guidelines.
4. Oversee and facilitate the onboarding, induction, and orientation of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for the performance management process, including individual and departmental KRAs, performance reviews, and annual appraisals.
6. Monitor and address employee relations issues, ensuring prompt resolution and effective follow-up to maintain a positive work environment.
7. Collaborate with the management and leadership team in handling and resolving a range of Human Resources matters.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop comprehensive training documents for new employees.
