Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Kanzariya Industries located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will handle HR management tasks such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Experience in labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (HR) is a plus
