Job Description
We are seeking an HR Executive to support our Human Resources department's daily activities.
The HR Executive's responsibilities include:
• Managing the logistics of recruiting and staffing, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Executing employee onboarding activities and updating records of new staff members
• Developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy
• Administering payroll and benefits programs to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Addressing grievances and managing conflict resolution processes in a fair and timely manner
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee records
• Participating in performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee evaluations to promote growth and development
• Collaborating with our executive team to develop strategic plans and drive organizational development
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
