• 2gethr is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR manager at 2gethr, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and direction of the company.
• As a HR executive is an integral part of 2gethr's product advocate team. Who is constantly interacting with the internal team, as well as with the external world, on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners. Your role will be to ensure that the company is seen as a desirable place to work and that it is consistently attracting and retaining top talent.
Role & Personality:-
This role would require you to wear many hats at 2gethr, you would need to have a deep understanding of 2gethr's ideal candidate & talent pool and be able to create compelling pitch and messaging that excites them to join 2gethr tribe & keep them engaged and connected to the cause of the company, while growing with the company.
Strong leadership and management skills: The HR manager is responsible for leading and managing all employees, so it is important that the candidate has a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The HR Manager plays a key role in communicating with employees and managers at all levels of the organization, so it is essential that the candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR best practices: You should have a deep understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Strategic thinking: You should be able to think strategically and understand how HR policies and programs can support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills: You will be responsible for addressing and resolving complex employee issues, so it is important that the candidate has strong problem-solving skills.
Strong ethics and integrity: The HR manager should have a strong sense of ethics and integrity, as they will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Adaptability: You should be adaptable to change and able to manage situations that arise unexpectedly.
Strong understanding of technology: You should have a strong understanding of technology and how it can be used to support HR functions and improve efficiency. Strong HRMS knowledge is mandate.
Results-oriented mind-set: You will be responsible for achieving Goals, so it is important that you have a results-oriented mind-set. This includes the ability to set clear goals, track progress, and take action to achieve results.
Organizational skills: You will need to be able to effectively manage time and priorities in order to achieve goals. This includes the ability to plan and schedule activities, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate records.
Strong negotiation skills: HR executive is often involved in negotiating with employees, managers, and other stakeholders on a wide range of issues, such as compensation, benefits, and working conditions. A HR manager with strong negotiation skills will be able to effectively advocate for the interests of the organization while also balancing the needs and concerns of employees and other stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills also help the HR in resolving conflicts and finding mutually beneficial solutions. This ability to negotiate effectively is a key attribute that enables the Head of HR to successfully manage a wide range of HR-related issues and make strategic decisions that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Managing and resolving employee relations issues that may arise within the unique and dynamic environment of 2gethr's workspaces, including complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
Recruitment and On boarding: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with 2gethr's culture and values, managing the recruitment process, and on boarding new hires in a way that sets them up for success in our unique workspace environment.
Policy Development and Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with 2gethr's business objectives and support its culture, values and vision.
Performance Management: Managing the performance management process, including setting performance expectations, KPI's, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations and aligning teams to organizations goals while resolving their challenges.
Employee Development: Identifying and addressing employee training and development needs, and creating opportunities for professional growth that aligns with 2gethr's values and mission.
Compensation and Benefits: Managing 2gethr's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
Compliance: Keeping abreast of any changes in Indian laws, regulations, and policies and implementing them in the company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction within the unique culture and environment of 2gethr's workspaces. Ensuring employees are highly engaged & aligned to the cause of the company & feels supported.
Communication: Communicating with employees, senior management, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of HR-related matters and to gather feedback that aligns with 2gethr's values and mission. Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
HR- budget management:- Manage the budget and resources for the HR department and other HR activities ensuring that all programs and initiatives are cost-effective and efficient.
HRMS:- Implementing best HR technology practices will be a key responsibility of yours. HR management system that streamlines HR processes such as recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and employee data management. By implementing these best HR technology practices, you will be able to improve the efficiency of HR processes, increase employee engagement, and provide more accurate and timely data to support decision
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a B-2-B startup environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, and HR technology – Zoho HRMS preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience managing budgets and resources
