Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in recruitment and knowledge of HR processes to assist in leading the HR domain.

California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 45 locations across India in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad. We are also the owners of India's first Hass avocado farm with >500 Hass avocado trees. The company was started in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores by 2026. We are committed to providing honestly good food with transparent sourcing and high quality ingredients.

Roles/Responsibilities
• Support HR head by being point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR function
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Preparation of Offer, Appointment, Confirmation and Appraisal/Increment letters
• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Posting jobs, conducting initial screening and sharing the relevant resumes to Senior HR
• Coordinate with department managers to schedule interviews
Salary
Upto 6 LPA depending on experience
