Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES(HR Generalist + Recruitment)
Support recruitment and staffing needs (e.g. local manpower sourcing, interview, selection and recommendations)
o Ensure compliance to Recruitment & Selection Policy, Process and System.
o Ensure agreed TAT for sending sourcing request to CST
o Ensure timely closure of the positions
Ensure timely/live updation of positions in recruitment tracker.
MIS reporting
BGV compliance
Other HR activities and projects
PROFILE
Post Graduate degree in HR Management
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Sourcing
Excellent sourcing skills through various channels
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
Excellent communication and relational skills to effectively work with different people across and outside the organization
Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality
Show adequate balance between firmness and diplomacy
Organizational skills
Hands-on and practical approach
Ability to work under own initiative and independently
Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
Flexible approach to work and able to react effectively to a rapidly changing environment
