Job Profile- Human Resource Executive
Industry- FMCG
Job Location- Andheri Mumbai
Experience required for the Job: 2 - 6 years in Human Resource
Role and Responsibilities
• Conducting preliminary interviews of the applicants (Telephonic and Personal both).
• Recruitment process and fill the post of organizations by the recruitment drive.
• Taking care of the effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for employees
• Collection of Documents from candidates as per checklist. Database Management
• Maintain database ( Recruitment Tracker, Interview Database, Walk-in/references CV’S, Induction, Training)
• Maintenance and updating of documents and files on a regular basis. Employee database maintenance (soft copy as well as hard copy) Maintain Weekly MIS and reports
Job Location: Mumbai
Requirement: Candidate must be having good com skills.
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
