Job description
Manpower Planning
· Determining the manpower requirement for the Retail Store by location/ role and function
Recruitment
· Activate multiple sourcing channels, measure effectiveness, and drive utilization
· Implement the Employee Referral program by updating communication, tracking referrals, and ensuring payment for the TML-designed recruitment process by conducting a competency-based selection process
· Ensure implementation of interview guidelines
· Tracking recruitment metrics and action plan on improvement areas
Induction and On-boarding
· Implement Induction plan for all new joiners
· Managing onboarding activities in the first six months
Performance and Rewards
· Implement the Compensation structure
· Payroll and statutory compliance for all Store employees
Performance Management
· Monitor and measure the effectiveness of incentive and performance bonus schemes of all Store employees
· Communication of incentive design with teams
· Implement the Performance Management Process including KRA setting, review mechanism, and using data for career development
· Segment employees on the basis of performance and implement a retention program
Employee Engagement
· Prepare an employee engagement plan for the Store
· Monitor the execution of activities identified as part of engagement initiatives
HR Policies
· Implementation and administration of all HR policies
Administration
· Housekeeping and upkeep of showroom and workshop
· Managing 3rd party vendors
