Description
The primary responsibilities include Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding & Exit of employees as well as managing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and organized personality with proven experience as HR Executive/Specialist.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Participating in recruitment efforts by Screening resumes and applications
• Posting job ads and managing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
• Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee database, summary sheet, reference checks, PF, ESIC reports etc.
• Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
• Assisting and coordinating in employee engagement activities.
• Prepare Issue Appointment Letter / Service Agreement, Experience Certificates, Service Certificates, etc.
• Prepare and share monthly pay slips with employees.
• Manage medical insurance policy and related matters.
• Validate employee travel reimbursements and help employees in processing & pay-out with finance team.
Skills & Qualifications :
• MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
• At least 1 year IT relevant experience required.
• Ability to work within time constraints to meet daily objectives
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel /Word/Power Point and web-based applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be results-oriented with a drive for success
• Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator
• Excellent understanding of HR practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
