Description:
Manage recruiting, Attendance Management, Leave Management, Travel Desk Arrangements, & Facilities Management, He/she should have complete End-to End Recruitment Knowledge. He / She need to create referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sourcing, Hiring and taking care of End to End Recruitments.
• Responsible for complete Attendance Management.
• Responsible for Leave Management and Maintain Leave Records.
• Preparation of MIS Reports Viz... Absentees, Late Arrivals, Permissions etc., and communicating the report to respective stake holders on day to day basis.
• Responsible for providing CUG Connections for New Joiners under approval from HOD.
• Responsible for Travel Desk Arrangements Viz.., Air Tickets, Rail Tickets, Bus Tickets and Hotel Accommodation.
• Responsible for overseeing the Day to Day Facilities Management
• Responsible for Day-to-Day Admin activities
• Assisting the Core HR Team Members in their respective activities
Desired Candidate:
• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree with Human Resources
• Prior experience in Recruitment or Staffing Industry
• Should be Flexible and Adaptive
• Willing to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Good Communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu Languages
• Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
