As a HR Executive, you are a dynamic person who can work in a fast-paced environment. You will own and actively manage all job postings, current position updates, and client communication in regards to open positions and candidate status. You understand and identify candidate profiles for the right positions. If you have a passion for helping others succeed and if you genuinely believe that talent is the greatest asset of any company, we would love to talk to you!Need to work at our office in Madhapur (No WFM option).ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment, delivering a great experience to both candidates and the business including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidatesTest out new approaches to talent attraction, experiment with technology, and always focus on improving our processesMarket and Hire talent by attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.You will be a talent advisor to instill a culture of recruiting among your business groups; promote engagement and best practices across the hiring processRequirementsImmediate joiners are preferredMinimum Graduation, Post Graduates Preferred with 1 - 3 years of experienceFlexible attitudeGo-getter attitude and proactiveExcellent Communication Skills RequiredTarget OrientedAdministration experience is an added advantage
