Earthful.me is an FMCG company focused on the nutrition space. The founders are graduates from IIT and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies such as Uber, ITC, Deutsche Bank.
This is an early-stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate with a high sense of ownership and passion for joining a startup.
Responsibilities:
1. Scouting candidates from different general job portals. Eg LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri
2. Shortlist resumes based on qualifications
3. Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
4. Contact references and perform background checks
5. Conducting training & onboarding the hired candidates
