Ideally, candidates should have a blend of HR expertise and experience in either engineering or the patent and knowledge industry. Responsibilities: Strategically manage hiring to maintain team balance across all business verticals (essential). Foster a progressive and positive work environment (essential). Manage grievances effectively and in a timely manner. Implement and optimize HRMS for leave and time management. Streamline performance reviews and appraisal processes. Handle day-to-day administrative and business essential tasks as they arise. Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Engineering, with a Master's or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related area. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Demonstrated strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.
