Taking Care of Companies complete HR Process from Talent acquisition, HR Generalist.
• Head Hunting and Talent Acquisition
• Taking care of Employee Development and Motivation
• Taking care of Recruitment
• Taking care of Onboarding and Induction process
• Taking care of Employee Grievances
• Taking care of Employee Training
• Taking care of Documentation and Attendance of Employees
• Taking care of Employee Retention and Exit formalities
• Taking care of all formalities from onboarding to Exit.
• Hiring at all levels
• Taking First round of interviews and Shortlisting selected candidates
• Taking care of Admin work of the Office
