• Responsibilities
Posting for job requirements on online recruitment platforms
Filter and schedule individual profiles from online recruitment sites.
Managing the budget for jobs on the online recruitment sites when sponsorship is needed.
Scheduling face-to-face, telephonic, and video interviews.
Sending offer letters, appointment letters, and NDAs.
Maintaining the resumes/profiles of all the individuals that are hired and those shortlisted for future prospects.
Once an individual has been recruited, complete the joining formalities by collecting and checking relevant documents and certificates.
Coordinating with the Trainers to schedule their training and induction.
