Hiring for an urgent requirement Human Resources Executive for an leading jaipur based company.
HR Responsibility
• End to end hiring
• Candidate engagement
• Head hunting
• Documents management
• Payroll management
• Maintain and develop HR policies
• Educate employees on company policies
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Additional (IF can do) -
• Task management
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly activity management of each artist
Monitor employee progress
Salary- 30000+CTC per Month
Experience- Minimum 1 year of exp. in HR Domain
Qualifications- Graduate(Minimum)
PostGraduate in MBA HR
