• Maintain and foster a healthy work environment in the office & factory
• Maintain factory compliance, ESI, PF, and other relevant compliance from time to time
• Career succession planning vertically and horizontally for the team
• Identify key team members - Training and Promoting them to higher positions
• To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the assigned vertical is done within due TAT
• To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements
• To carry out the induction of the new candidate
• Developing Training modules in association with the Department Head
• Regular feedback and assessment of departments and staffing
• To ensure the release of the offer letter within due TAT post-checking of desired documentation
• To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining
• To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition
• To maintain a cordial relationship with the assigned vertical stakeholders
• To act as a SPOC for the assigned vertical and take care of the queries of employees
• To perform other HR activities such as onboarding, leave management, and employee relations.
