Job Description:
The HR Executive would help in effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department and to create a healthy and safe working environment for every employee.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, record maintenance for payroll processing, administrative duties.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities.
• Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Preparing the Daily and Monthly MIS for Management.
Skills And Qualifications
• Previous working experience as an HR Executive for at least 1 year.
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
• Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
• Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
• Masters in human resources or similar relevant field
