Candidate must have min 1 year exp as Hr recruiter
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR roles
Sound knowledge of HR practices and principles
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and resolution
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
Maintain and update HR records and databases
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
