Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role in an Indian corporate environment for at least 2 years
• Proven experience in way of internships or full-time roles in Indian start-up space (preferred)
• Solid understanding of HR practices backed by organisational behaviour theories, labour laws, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential employee information
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software (for example, Zoho)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates
• Coordinate and conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into Dhanvesttor’s workplace
• Act as a point of contact for employees to address their HR-related queries, concerns, and grievances
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
• Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers
• Assist in identifying training and development needs and implementing appropriate learning initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for leave, both physical and digital, ensuring data confidentiality
• Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for Dhanvesttor’s management review
• Organize employee engagement activities such as Dhanvesttor’s Fun Fridays, Feedback Fridays, Team Lunches, Employee Birthdays, etc.
• Handle employee separations, conduct exit interviews, and analyse feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Decorate the office space on occasions such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, etc.
