Currently, we are seeking a full-time recruiter to assist in our hiring process. As a hiring manager, you can work with HR partners, hiring managers, and your colleagues in the training department to recruit, place, and retain high-performance candidates. Our Recruiters embody the definition of a "utility player," recruiting for and supporting the divisions that produce and launch the products we distribute. You will build a qualified pool of candidates for each job by sourcing passive candidates, using assigned recruiting specialists, and leveraging various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter) and job boards.
Recruiters will be proactive in creating pipelines of crucial talent from local universities and other sources of talent. Recruiters will ensure our candidates get an exceptional candidate experience and provide an effective hand-off to the Talent Specialist to ensure that our top talent is engaged and has a great career path.
