• Recruit and onboard new hires. (70% job role)
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
• Thorough knowledge of Job Portals- LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. and recruitment through social media.
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment with various Recruitment Partners/Agencies.
• Employee training and engagement and welfare
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.
• Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Qualifications:
• 6 Months-1 Year of experience in human resources.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement
