Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Vasco Da Gama, Goa
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 3 Lac to 4 Lac CTC
Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in handling recruitment in a medium / large size company
Skills: Ability to use AI in MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Preparing Job Descriptions in consultation with the Department heads
2. Identifying profiles from various sources including through references, portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, indeed, etc.
3. Shortlisting profiles as per the required Job Descriptions of various departments
4. Checking –
a. The background of the candidates with the authorities for any anti-social activities
b. Social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
c. References provided by the candidates
5. Conduct preliminary interviews to arrive at possible candidates who fit the job requirements
6. Fitment into the grade, as per the company policy based on his or her qualification and experience
