Will work with closely Chief Human Resource Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining Employees Personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels
Preparing various letters like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, Transfer Letter, Absenteeism notice Warning Letter, Show Cause notice, Experience/service Certificate, Relieving letter, etc
Completing Joining Formalities & documentation
Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system
Processing monthly attendance musters at all levels
Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances, and Reimbursements etc
Employee Pay slips generation & Distribution
Exit formalities
Coordination with all Core Department and understanding their requirements, defining job positions
Resourcing, screening and shortlisting profile through job portals or else internal reference, head hunting
Short listing the profiles based on desired skills and experience
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads
Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience
