Job Description
The HR Executive is involved in managing all the basic functions of the HR department. Task involved sourcing, recruitment, maintenance of HR records, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibility Area:-
• To schedule and execute recruitment and selection of employees by updating job specifications and job information for all positions.
• Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Create and execute human resources plans and techniques.
• Executing new employee orientation and training programs.
• Manage training and development needs of employees.
• Keep a record of monthly leaves and process payroll accordingly.
• Make sure to prepare, supervise, and appraisal of employee work.
• Manage employee issues, grievances and conflicts.
• Evaluate and update employee guidelines.
• Execute employee discipline processes.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
• Maintain knowledge of legal specifications and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
Required Skills :-
• Degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
• Excellent logical and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
