Responsibilities of HR Executive
• End to end Recruitment (Self-sourcing & through consultancies)
• Joining & Exit formalities including background verification & FNF settlements.
• Company data management.
• Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
• Be a core contributor to the company's overall growth strategy.
• Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the team on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and elevate the company's talent by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Recruit, acquire talent, and onboard new hires.
• Overall performance management and liaison between the management and the employees.
• Manage payrolls and benefits for employees.
• Create retention strategies.
• Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
• Think forward and anticipate future trends, opportunities, and prospective successes for the organization.
• Be collaborative, a number thinker, and fact-driven.

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines -
• Excellent written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write emails and make job descriptions individually.
• Recruitment Experience is mandatory
• Previously worked with a Marketing Agency, which would be an added advantage
• Should be proactive and have a positive approach towards work
• Immediate joiners would be given priority
