Job Description:-
• Recruitment and onboarding: You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring that new employees are onboarded effectively.
• Payroll and benefits administration: You will be responsible for managing the payroll process and ensuring that employees receive their salaries and benefits on time. You will also be responsible for managing the employee benefits programs.
• Employee relations: You will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring that employees are satisfied with their jobs. You will also be responsible for addressing any employee complaints or concerns and mediating conflicts between employees.
• Performance management: You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
• Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.
• Training and development: You will be responsible for identifying training and development needs for employees and developing training programs to meet those needs.
• HR policy development: You will be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
As an admin -
• Office management: You will be responsible for managing the office space and ensuring that it is clean, safe, and comfortable for employees to work in.
• Facilities management: You will be responsible for managing office equipment and supplies, such as computers, printers, and office furniture.
• Vendor management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, such as office supply companies, janitorial services, and IT service providers.
• Administrative support: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's executives and managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Event planning: You may be responsible for planning and organizing company events, such as team building activities, company outings, and holiday parties.
• Health and safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that the workplace is safe and healthy for employees by implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
• Budget management: You may be responsible for managing the company's budget and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget
• Payment Gateway Setup: Onboarding Clients for new payment gateway setup
• Renewal’s of Domain / Email & Cloud Services: Manage GoDaddy products, Shivaami for Email’s
