Job Description:
Joining Formalities: Taking care of joining formalities and induction of employees
Employee related Documentation: Responsible for collecting, maintaining and updating accurate documentation (hard copy and soft copy) during the employee life cycle.
Attendance & Leave Management
Recruitment: End to End recruitment for various department as per their manpower requirement. This is a major requirement.
Administration: Assisting in facility management, event management, etc.
Employee Relations: Establish and maintain a connect with employees an floor; proactively handling of worker issues; coordinating for events, birthdays, employee engagement activities, etc.
Policy/SOP Implementation: Administer company policies and SOP's are implemented effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate with prior experience to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, etc would be given preference.
Interpersonal Skills: Must be people oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Communication skills: Candidate should possess excellent command over English (oral and written)
MS Office: Candidate should have knowledge of the basic working of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Candidate must be ready to work with positive approach to manage multiple tasks in an organized way.
Candidate must have prior recruitment experience of minimum 1-2 years.

Shift Timing:
1:30 pm to 10:30pm
2:00 pm to 11:00pm
