Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective hiring and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates
• Develop and implement employee onboarding programs and processes
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment and benefits
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
• BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment and hiring
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
CTC: 3-5 LPA
