We at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd. have an exciting opportunity for one of our clients in pharma company that provides innovative and credible solutions to dermatology markets, headquartered in the Mumbai, are expanding derma brands across INDIA and looking for additional Talented, Experienced “HR Executive - Mumbai” to join their expert team of high-performance professionals who are motivated, focused, and ready to hit the ground running at their corporate office.
Job Role-
They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as an HR Recruitment and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. In addition, the HR Recruitment and Operations. Will be involved in employee life cycle activities.
Responsibilities-
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to determine candidate suitability and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• ·Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinating with recruitment agencies for various positions.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any stream & specialization in Human Resources.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on recruitment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage day-to-day HR operations and processes
