We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is key to driving a positive employee experience and ensuring the smooth execution of core HR functions. To enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations, supporting strategic goals through efficient recruitment, engagement initiatives, and compliance with HR best practices and labor laws.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate interviews and facilitate final selection with hiring managers
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding
Conduct employee surveys and act on feedback
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, tax, and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support policy development, audits, and organizational chart updates
HR Analytics & Support:
Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership
Assist in HR events, meetings, and various ad-hoc initiatives
1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Engagement, and Operations)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Immediate joiners & candidate from Ahmedabad or someone who is willing to relocate.
