At Expertiqo, we build high-impact digital solutions for global fashion, fitness, and real estate brands. With our dev team in Rajkot and a new growth HQ in Pune, we’re scaling fast and need someone who knows how to bring in top sales talent.
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Business Development Executives and BD Managers
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and personal networks
• Screen profiles for global client exposure, pitch confidence, and culture fit
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with leadership, and follow up consistently
• Build a pipeline of future sales hires proactively
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly reports
You’re a Fit If You…
• Have 1+ year of experience hiring BDEs/BDMs in IT, SaaS, or digital agencies
• Understand the DNA of a high-performing sales candidate
• Can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Are familiar with hiring tools
• Are based in Pune (or willing to work from our Pune office)
Bonus Points If You…
• Have worked with companies serving international clients
• Know how to hire for US/UK shift availability
• Have HR operational knowledge
