About Square Yards - Square Yards is India's largest full-stack proptech platform; playing the
entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery --> Transactions --> Mortgages --> Home furnishing
--> Rentals and Property Management.
Years of Experience - Min 8 Months - 4 yrs preferred
(Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/RealEstate/Banking)
Education Qualification - MBA/Post graduation in HR
Location – Baner, Pune (Work from office)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for different roles
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Develop pool of qualified candidates
- Grievance handling
- Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn,
Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)
- Good communication skills
- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented
- Should be able to capture and maintain data
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
