Job Description
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
• Prior Experience in Content Writing, Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must have access to high-speed internet and a good working laptop/desktop.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Develop and manage end-to-end HR Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
• Should have Problem-solving, Communication, Adaptability and Time Management Skills.
• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company's growth perspective in mind.
• Understanding of onboarding aspects and employee retention policies
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the HR process in the organization
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

• Develops creative sourcing techniques for getting extraordinary talents.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends
• Onboarding - arranging inductions for new starters.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.
