We are looking for HR -Recruitment Executive , who are responsible for source candidates / Campus Hiring /Bulk Hiring and onboarding / Joining Process . The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed expectations and to add value to our business.
Job Profile: HR - Recruitment Executive
Location : Ahmadabad
Salary : 1.80 lac to 3.00 lac
Experience: 0 to 3 Years .
Responsibilities
Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
Responsible for END to END Recruitment
Research into clients company, competitors and market place
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)
Research and develop recruiting leads
Update current and design new recruiting procedures
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods
Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Requirements
Proven working experience in recruiting
Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Industries
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Education Require Skill
Any Graduate / MBA
