Designation: Recruitment/ Sr. Recruitment Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment in all districts (700+) across Pan India.
Candidate with 4 to 10 yrs of recruitment experience in 2, 3 & 4Tier cities.
Should be able to communicate in multiple languages
Should have hired field force (can visit door to door) in multiple regions.
Sourcing screening, shortlisting profiles
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have done hiring in 2, 3 or 4Tier cities.
Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.
Good communication skills and negotiation.
Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.
Experience 4 yr to 10 yrs in recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring is a must.
Should be able to communicate in multiple language
